Product Usage & Features
Suitable for soft tissue suturing where absorbable sutures are indicated.
The suture is made of polydioxanone, monofilament, non-coated, and purple in color.The absorption time is 180–220 days.
Tensile strength retention at 2 weeks: 80% (60% for size 4-0 and smaller)
Tensile strength retention at 4 weeks: approximately 70% (40% for size 4-0 and smaller)
Tensile strength retention at 6 weeks: approximately 60% (35% for size 4-0 and smaller)
The product includes needled and non-needled sutures.Needled sutures are available with single needle, double needle, and double-hole needle,in both standard silver needles and black needles.
